Mohan Koneru, CFO & Controller
As CFO & Controller, Koneru is responsible for overseeing the organization payroll function and controlling all revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, audit, purchasing, and inventory. Koneru is also responsible for the company strategic planning in addition to financial analysis of Keystrata operations including variance explanation and makes recommendations to ensure the achievement of business goals.

Koneru brings over 10 years of finance experience.

Shane Gianino, Executive Director, Worldwide Professional Services

As Executive Director of Worldwide Professional Services, Gianino brings more than 9 years of IT marketing, enterprise technology and leadership experience to Keystrata. He is primarily responsible for leading Keystrata’s national sales and marketing efforts including strategies to expand the company.

Previously, Gianino was Sr. Account Executive at Robert Half International, one of the world’s first and largest specialized IT staffing and consulting services firm. He was responsible for strategic sales relationships with local leading companies in greater Detroit. He has also held various sales and marketing positions, in addition to co-finding two startup companies eData and Business Source Solutions that offered outsourced B2B lead generation solutions to the technology community globally, and recognized as a top 100 emerging business leader in metro Detroit by the Detroit Regional Chamber.

Barbara Petrowske, Human Resources Manager
As Human Resource Manager, Petrowske is the primary administrator for all matters related to carrying out all phases of Keystrata Staff Personnel including but not limited to on and off boarding personnel, compensation, employee benefits, policy creation and employee relations. Petrowske recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department and services performed. Petrowske serves as primary liaison between senior level management and the employees in communicating company relations, services, and promoting of positive employee relations.

Petrowske brings more than 20 years of experience in various administration roles. Prior to Keystrata, Petrowske served as a project coordinator in the engineering field where she documented, monitored, and submitted updated reports on project activity to senior management. Petrowske maintained communication with customers and vendors on a daily basis. Petrowske also performed routine duties in the Human Resources Department, gaining valuable experience.

Petrowske is unquestionably a people-person who forms strong bonds and relationships in every area of commitment.

Amanda Mansour, Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, Mansour is responsible strategic development, approval, and execution of integrated marketing communications including overseeing collateral, brand recognition, media, and Direct Marketing for marketing programs across the US to insure integration and cohesiveness of Keystrata’s message.

Previous Mansour was Marketing Specialist / Coordinator at ArvinMeritor, Inc.  Mansour brings over 6 years of Marketing experience and holds Bachelors of Science in Advertising & Marketing from Wayne State University.
